Don Genders is the founder and CEO of Design for Leisure. His company has a 30-year track record of designing and building first-class hydrothermal experiences for spas in both the US and the UK – including all hydrothermal facilities and the event sauna at Awana Spa in Wellness in Las Vegas.
Lasse Eriksen is on a mission to bring sauna to all people on the planet! A highly skilled and experienced sauna master who has been assisting the British Sauna Society with their project to take the first UK team to the Aufguss WM. With background as Massage therapist, Aromatherapist and professional sauna master for over 25 years he is development manager of Farris Bad Spa Resort in Norway and consults around the world to bring sauna rituals to new audiences.
Deborah Carr is the lead for the Aufguss Team UK and the UK Aufguss Championships with the British Sauna Society and the owner of Anada Spa and Wellness. She's UK's representative in an international team of jury members for Aufguss competitions.
Host
Wendy Liu is a trained architect (RIBA, ARB) and a co-founder and trustee at the British Sauna Society. She leads the Arts & Culture programme and is also a yoga teacher and a versatile well-being practitioner with expertise in freediving, ice swimming & diving and sauna rituals including Sauna Yoga, leaf whisking and herbal treatments in a sauna.
