User-generated content terms and conditions – #britishsauna

By tagging your Instagram content with #britishsauna, you agree to the following:

1. Permission to use your content

You grant the British Sauna Society a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, share, repost, and display your content (including your Instagram username and any accompanying text, images, or videos) on:

• Our social media accounts (including Instagram only)

We will credit your Instagram handle when we repost your content where possible.

2. Your responsibility

By tagging your content with #britishsauna, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission from the owner to use it.

• You are at least 18 years old.

• Your content does not infringe on any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

• Your content complies with Instagram’s terms of service.

3. Removal requests

If you change your mind or wish to have your content removed, you can contact us at [hope@britishsaunasociety.org.uk] and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

4. No endorsement implied

Reposting your content does not imply endorsement of the British Sauna Society, nor does it entitle you to compensation.

5. Changes to these terms
