Liz Watson

Liz has dedicated her career since 1988, to health and wellbeing, working as an alternative health practitioner, practice manager and as a health journalist on TV and magazines. She joined the wild beach sauna movement with Katie Bracher in 2018, launching the first horsebox beach sauna on Brighton Beach. Over the last 7 years of steering Beach Box, she has focused on finding the ideal balance to ensure the "magic trilogy" of smoothly running saunas whatever the weather, a happy team of sauna hosts and sauna masters, and satisfied customers who feel well served. Beach Box is viewed by many as the initiator of the wild sauna movement and has always taken this role seriously and they have striven to lead by example.
