How to enter:

The public vote will still be core to the Sauna Awards. As always, encourage all your customers, friends and family to vote for you via this form.

Optional: Submit a detailed entry

New for 2026 is the option to also submit an accompanying entry, which allows you to share more detail on why your sauna or practice is excelling in a category. This entry will be shared with the judging panel alongside the popular vote for them to consider. It is not essential to submit an entry in order to win, but it will greatly improve your chances of being selected as a winner and for the shortlist.

Submissions should be shared in PDF format and consist of no more than 5 pages or slides for a sauna or Sauna Master entering a single category. If entering multiple categories, you are welcome to submit 5 slides on one category, and then add a single slide or page for each additional category you wish to enter. The submission can contain images, text, external URLs.

Questions on your entry? Head over to discuss.britishsaunasociety.org.uk and start a thread to ask or get guidance on your entry.

Criteria

Sauna operators entering the awards must have their operations located in the UK. Sauna Masters entering must be fully residential in the UK or have been working here for 3+ years.

How the awards will be judged

Each category will have its own judging panel of 3, combining both British Sauna Society members and external experts. The judging panels have a set of criteria on which to evaluate each category. This year, we will be awarding a winner as well as a highly-commended.
