This event takes place fortnightly each Monday from 19:30 - 22:00.
Experienced German sauna master, Mika Valentini, will guide you through two rounds of a 15 minute ‘Aufguss’. Aufguss roughly translates as ‘infusion’, which refers to the ice balls infused with essential oils laid on the sauna stones, creating a slow rising steam and an aromatherapy experience. Mika then manipulates the heat in the sauna using towel wafting, guiding you into your body through sensation and a journey towards peak heat that allows for deep relaxation.
You are then welcome to move between all three saunas between your Aufguss, or cool down in our chilled bath, ambient plunge pool, slipper bath and bucket shower. Or head down to the sea, just a short walk across the pebbles.
In this session we offer a safe, held environment to celebrate all that is great about the German Sauna experience, renowned for Aufguss with essential oils and full nudity. Sauna sessions are clothing optional, giving a space to sweat comfortably and freely.
For this event, this means you can wear a swimsuit or not, depending on your level of comfort. You can also always change your mind at any point during the event.
Mixed gender social nudity is strictly non sexual.
To ensure everyone has a good experience, we have strict zero tolerance rules, so certain behaviours or actions will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We have on-site staff to support attendees if at any point they feel uncomfortable.
Because nudity can feel vulnerable, this event encourages participants to look out for each other, which has built community and meaningful conversation over the past two years.

Enjoy 2 hrs of sauna time, with 15 mins at either side for changing. You will have access to changing rooms and lockers for your valuables, freshwater showers and chill out seating areas.
