The International Sauna Congress 2026 offers a rich programme of talks, panels, cultural events, networking opportunities, and unforgettable sauna experiences — showcasing Norway’s vibrant sauna culture in both urban and restorative spa settings.
This global gathering brings together sauna enthusiasts, professionals, and researchers from around the world to explore the latest developments in sauna culture, health, design, and science.
What your ticket includes:
Opening ceremony and reception in Oslo City Hall with refreshments and light snacks
Bus transportation to The Well on Thursday evening
Entrance to The Well spa on Thursday evening
Admission to all congress sessions, panels, and talks
Access to SALT’s sauna and plunge facilities as part of the event programme
Coffee, tea, water, and lunch on each full congress day (two days)

Tickets for evening programmes can be purchased separately at checkout.
Friday: Floating Sauna Night in Bjørvika, Oslo — an atmospheric evening on Oslo’s waterfront with floating saunas and communal bathing in the harbour.
Saturday: SALT Badstufest, the official closing night — a festive sauna party featuring music, social sauna sessions, and sauna rituals in a lively and celebratory atmosphere.
