25hrs over 2.5 days covering in-depth theory, practical skills and in-sauna assessment related to leading a guided sauna session. Supported by a range of resources, including manuals, online video tutorials, exclusive discounts on sauna suppliers, and more - all designed to aid your immediate facilitation once the course is complete.

Module Overview: 'Hosting A Guided Sauna Session'

The entry module 'Hosting A Guided Sauna Session' equips you with all the tools, skills and knowledge to begin hosting your own sessions straight away. You will study the structure of the sauna session and why this is important as you take your sauna bathers on a thermal journey in an informed and carefully curated way. You will learn how to incorporate a wide range of tools into your sessions, from natural aromatics, to use of voice and sound, to the art of leaf whisking and thermal massage, and also how to ensure you are promoting safe and authentic bathing practices at all times. Expect to learn knowledge and philosophy of the steam (löyly), the plants and trees which serve us, the nature of sauna as a portal for transformation, and how to really step into your power and bring your unique personality and skill-set into your practice.

You will also receive a detailed 80 page training manual, exclusive access to a range of video tutorials of core course content, exclusive discount from a range of popular sauna related brands, plus access to the 'secret' area of the website which contains a whole catalogue of other resources.
