Learn how to connect with your local folklore and traditional stories and how to work with this beautiful material in the sauna. We will practice with Local Sussex Stories of Pharisees, Knuckers and Witch Hares, then cross-reference with your local characters.

This workshop is suitable for Sauna Hosts/Masters who want to develop their storytelling skills, and beginner/experienced storytellers who want to find out about sauna practices.

Learning to work with steam and hosting sauna ritual is a skill that will also need to be honed to combine these arts.
