  • Wild Spa Wowo Wapsbourne Manor Uckfield, England, TN22 3QT United Kingdom (map)

Katie Bracher (@Saunamasteruk) and the team at Wild Spa Wowo are delighted to be hosting the magical Birute from the International Bath Academy to offer a unique and fun 4 hour advanced practical workshop on using different whisks in a whisking session - the workshop requires some understanding about whisking and healthy sauna process, so this is for those who have completed their Level 1 Sauna Master training.

Filling the sauna with scents of the forest through whisking, Lithuanian sauna tradition is all about creating a connection with nature. In this workshop you will test different whisks and learn the use of the different types of whisks in various whisking scenarios; steaming, whisking, heat protection, natural aromatherapy and scrubbing!
