Dear members and friends* of the British Sauna Society, let's get together and and have a festive end-of-year steam and social!

We've booked a 2-hour private session at the Mile End Climbing Wall's new sauna in East London. It's an outdoor sauna with an electric Harvia Spirit heater, a changing room, a patio, shower (warm & cold) and a plunge pool.

*Members are welcome to bring a friend

Festive mode ON!

We'll have an open Sauna Jam, so bring a whisk or two, waving towels, essential oils, inhalations, ice balls, party tunes (there will be a Bluetooth speaker), creative treats and get ready to steam up.

Let's just use common sense, keep the place tidy and clean up before we leave!

After the sauna we'll have the option to go have drinks & food nearby (location TBC).

What to bring

• Your personal sauna kit (swimwear, hydration, towel to sit on + whatever else you need)

• Anything you want to bring to the Sauna Jam (see above)

• Snacks to share

• Smiles and vibes
