Waking Dreams want to change Wednesdays to Friendsdays!

Every Wednesday, Waking Dreams are allowing anyone who books Sauna & Plunge to bring a +1 for free to any Sauna Session every Wednesday! Bring on community!

Guests can enjoy:

  • Two circular Nordic dry saunas, heated to 85°C and 95°C

  • Three cold plunge pools

  • Two outdoor cold showers

  • Warm indoor showers

Cost: £19 + a free friend

A complimentary towel is provided for use in the sauna, with additional towels available to hire for £1.50.
