From connecting with the ancestors, drumming and chanting to smoking meat in the saun and post sweat food, the ancient Estonian traditions have their own unique approach to Baltic bathing practices.

Eda Veeroja is a wisdom keeper of Estonian who works and shares her knowledge from her home base at mooska farm.

Katie Bracher @saunamasteruk is passionate about bringing the best sweat bath experiences and rituals to a UK audience. She does this through her public sauna on the south coast (Wild Spa Wowo), her work as vice-chair of the British Sauna Society, and training with sauna masters from around the world.
