Integrated knowledge and accessible takeaways around sauna practice, ritual & ceremony. Connection with a whole host of sauna experts & sauna lovers from all over the UK. A loving remembering to carry happy, healthy and harmonious ways of being into each moment and our every single days.

a gateway to remembering some of things we’ve forgotten we know. an invitation to remember we’re always welcome, we’re always home ... in the sauna, in our bodies, and in every moment. 

a chance to disconnect from digital noise … and reconnect with the sounds of nature. somewhere to explore a blueprint for happy, healthy & harmonius ways of being with ourselves, each other, and the earth.  

this project  is growing organically through word of mouth. we are devoting our time and resource to nurturing people and the land and stewarding the house. there is no website or social media.
