With just 6 weeks to the competition, in this final session we will discuss how to prepare in the final days, the competition schedule and what to expect on the day. A perfect opportunity for Aufguss Masters to ask any final questions as the excitement starts to build!

Lay Pang Ong is a highly skilled and experienced sauna master who is assisting the British Sauna Society with their project to take the first UK team to the Aufguss WM and supporting emerging UK Aufguss Masters.

He’s a professional Sauna Master with over 20 years’ experience, Danish Champion, International Jury Member, Trainer and Board Member of Danish Sauna Association.
