The steam room procedure is a 15-minute hands-on ritual delivered to an audience. Competitors are judged on the quality and aroma of their products, the structure and flow of the procedure, how steam is distributed, and the care and professionalism shown throughout. Judges also look at how well the peeling connects thematically to the sauna ritual, and whether the approach could be practically applied in a real wellness setting.
