Studio Puisto Talks: How does public sauna transform the wellness industry?

Studio Puisto have had the opportunity to design numerous sauna facilities both in Finland and globally over the years. The latest example being Saunaravintola Luoto, which opened in central Finland last summer and was just nominated for the Hospitality Design Awards. This lake center, combining sauna, restaurant, and event activities, has aroused interest both in Finland and internationally.

Join us for a panel discussion from Sauna-the Power of Deep Heat author Emma O'Kelly, Finnish sauna and wellness entrepreneur and developer Ville Iivonen, Studio Puisto partners Mikko Jakonen and Heikki  Riitahuhta, and our director of global hospitality development Sam-Erik Ruttmann. The panel will focus on how public saunas are revolutionizing the wellness industry. We will discuss exporting Finnish sauna design to international destinations, and cover what elements contribute to the creation of a year-round and attractive sauna facilities.
