Led by British Sauna Society co-founders Wendy Liu and Mika Meskanen, this transformative retreat blends traditional Finnish sauna, breathwork, yoga, avanto (ice hole swimming), cultural workshops and visits to some of Finland’s most iconic public saunas.
Set in the frozen lakes and boreal forests of Finland during the Spring Equinox, the programme includes daily movement and breathwork, sauna culture workshops, design insights, smoke sauna experiences, cold-water practices, and trips to Tampere - the Sauna Capital of the World - plus the award-winning Art Sauna at Serlachius Museum.
